NannyTime^™

NannyTime™ was built to preserve memories, not to exploit them. We believe your family's private life should stay private. Nanny Time LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your data or your children's information to any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

To provide the Service, we collect the following:

• Parents & Nannies: Name, email address, and account credentials.
• Children: Name (or nickname), birthdate, and optionally: allergies, medical conditions, dietary restrictions, comfort items, and other profile details you choose to provide. This information is used solely to provide the Service (e.g., age-stamps for journal entries, caregiver reference cards).
• Media: Photos and notes uploaded by you or your caregiver. These are stored in a secure, private cloud environment.
• Time & Location Data: Clock-in/out timestamps and, where enabled by you, optional GPS coordinates for geofence verification.

We use your information only to provide and improve the core services of the app:

• Organizing memories by child, age, and date.
• Allowing shared access between verified Parents and their Nannies within a family workspace.
• Generating pay-period summaries, pay & hours PDFs, and other informational reports at the Parent's request.
• Managing medication schedules, calendar tasks, and safety contacts as configured by the Parent.

• Scheduling assistance: AI may be used to suggest calendar-task labels and optimize reminder timing. These suggestions are informational only and are never applied without your action.
• Pay & tax estimation: AI-assisted calculations may be used to generate pay-period summaries and overtime estimates. These outputs are estimates only and are not a substitute for the advice of a qualified tax professional or CPA.
• No profiling: We do not use AI to profile, score, rank, or make consequential decisions about you, your children, or your caregivers.
• No model training on your data: Your family's photos, notes, and child information are never used to train AI models — ours or anyone else's — without your separate, explicit consent.

Each family is assigned a unique “Family ID.” Your photos and data are isolated in their own secure partition. A Nanny from “Family A” cannot access the photos or children's names from “Family B.”

• We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
• All information about children — including names, photos, birthdates, health details, and behavioral notes — is provided solely by a Parent or an authorized Caregiver (an adult who has been invited to the family workspace).
• Photos of children are stored in encrypted, family-siloed cloud storage. They are parent-controlled: only the Parent(s) who created the family workspace, and the caregivers they explicitly invite, can view, download, or delete these photos.
• Parents may request deletion of all child data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
• If we learn that personal information of a child under 13 has been collected without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

Photos and media uploaded to NannyTime are subject to the following protections:

• Parent-controlled access: Only users invited to your family workspace can view your media. There is no public gallery or social feed.
• No commercial use: We will never use your photos for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes.
• Secure deletion: When you delete media from NannyTime, it is removed from our active storage. Backup copies are purged within 30 days.

You retain 100% ownership of your photos and notes. If you decide to stop using NannyTime, you may request a full export of your data. Once your account is deleted, your data is wiped from our active servers.

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data “at rest” and in transit. While no system is 100% secure, we treat your family's data with the same care we use for our own children's memories.
